This page is intended to inform users of this site about the modalities of management of the same with regard to the processing of their personal data, as required by Art. 13 and 14 of the European Regulation no.679 / 2016 - General Data Protection Regulation. This privacy statement respects and fully complies with the Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, throughout the Group established by Art. 29 of the Directive no. 95/46 EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the Data Controllers must provide to users when they link to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link. By consulting this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
It is specified that the consent mechanisms shall be evident, brief and easily understandable; if the original conditions for which consent was requested were to be changed, for example if the purpose of data processing changed, further consent will be required pursuant to European Regulation no. 679/2016. Navigation Data
Our computer systems and the software procedures employed to operate this website obtain, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
The aforementioned information is not specifically collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but given their nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system as well as the user's computer environment.
These data are solely used for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data might be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical IT crimes to the detriment of the site and may be presented to the Judicial Authorities, if the latter explicitly requests it.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The facultative, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, that is necessary for responding to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.
The personal data are processed using automated or manual tools for the time that is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect utilization and unauthorized access.
Storage
The data are stored for the time that is strictly necessary to perform the requested service and in any case in full compliance with the terms established by law.
